Orders will be shipped from our location in Oslo, Norway as soon as possible after the order is placed.
Standard delivery time for the nordic countries is 3-5 working days. Standard delivery time for the rest of Europe and North America is 8-10 working days (the shipment may be delayed because of custom declarations in certain countries).
Our return policy lasts 14 days, which means that to get your purchase refunded the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days after you received them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
To return your purchased items send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will email you a return form and shipping information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We offer our customers 14 days free exchange for purchased products. Real Power will pay the shipping for exchanges.

To exchange your purchased items send us an email at email@example.com, and we will email you an exchange form to fill out and a return label to use for the shipping.
Notification of defects
If a purchased product has defects you should as soon as possible contact us on email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the defect and one or more images showing the defect.
We will then evaluate the case and decide on refund, and get back to you within seven days. If refund is accepted we may require you to ship the defect product back to us at our cost.
